The rod end design is a huge advantage allowing you in most cases to unscrew them after an impact, replace with your spare and continuing to ride instead of bending the arm….a $24.00 part instead of an a arm. NOT guaranteed, but proven to work at least 75% of the time. This is a “TRUE” ground clearance arm, both tubes are arched unlike others on the market that have the front tube arched and rear tube not.  This kit is a direct stock replacement with the same geometry as the stock 850, utilizes stock shocks. Our upper a arm design with a fairly wide radius will accommodate ANY stock or aftermarket shocks even with piggy back reservoirs. This is a COMPLETE kit that comes with all new hardware, you do not need to press out or reuse any stock components with the exception of the steering tie rods, if you choose the kit W/O tie rods. Stock steering tie rods need to be shortened to 10″, not including the rod end ONLY if your replacing your stock 39″ width stance.

• 2 Lower arms with preinstalled delrin bushings
• 2 Upper arms with preinstalled delrin bushings
• 2 5/8″ lower rod ends
• 2 5/8″ jam nuts
• 4 titanium lower misalignment bushings
• 2 1/2″ upper rod ends
• 2 1/2″ jam nuts
• 2 titanium upper misalignment bushings
• 2 titanium upper rod end mounting studs
• 4 12mm nylon nuts
• 2 12 mm sway bar mounting bolts
• 2 8mm lower shock nylon nuts

Custom color requires RAL# from tiger-coatings to be placed in notes. Custom color may take up to 3 week to complete.
